What’s different about the ConnectWorks network?

We develop meaningful and representative, community-based, for-profit AND non-profit
sector connections.

We develop an active network that creates synergy for participants individually, organizationally,
and publically.

We connect experiences and expertise to produce solutions through generative conversations that work by covering a wide range of topics.

How are the groups composed?
Each cohort group will be limited to 10 participants based upon the intertwining of a group composite consisting of the following criteria:

  • Organizational type representation

  • Organizational maturity representation

  • Generational representation, gender (traditional) and ethnic representation

  • Faith community representation.

How will the sessions work?

We will “filter”all discussions through the definition of flourishing which includes wholeness
and harmony.

We will, individually and collectively, seek solutions which create unity without uniformity.

We will utilize generative conversations which will require the synthesis of both truth-tellers and peace-makers.

We will ensure that a flourishing group dynamic recognizes each individual is only a part of a
bigger picture.

We  will follow the principle of seeking to understand before being understood. This principle is supported by asking good questions.

What can I expect?

These sessions are structured to maximize participant time, constructive conversation, and clear applications. The format for each six-month ConnectWorks network group is as follows:

  1. Four 1-hour Zoom group sessions which allow for 20 minutes of group- initiated discussion in three defined areas:

  1. lightning round

  2. hot topics

  3. drill down

2. Two 2-hour in-person group sessions (based upon social distancing criteria) focused upon four defined areas:

  1. Selected speaker and topic

  2. Best practice discussion

  3. Dreams and Nightmares discussion

  4. My place in the big picture.
