Options are a good thing

Solutions for any of the Strategic Advantage DNA components may be adapted to address specific issues or developed with a broader approach. Pricing may be tailored to an hourly rate, project fee, or retainer fee structure within the following levels:

LEVEL I

This level of consulting service is more focused upon a specific strategic advantage component or a specific group of leaders. Services can be provided cost effectively on an hourly or project fee arrangement. The deliverables for this level of work is an executive summary and/or action items(s) plan report.

LEVEL II

This level of consulting service is more comprehensive and may address multiple strategic advantage components and /or multiple levels in the organization. Services are provided for this level with either a multi-month project fee or retainer fee basis. The deliverables for this level of work will include an action plan report with measures, accountability and time-frames

LEVEL III

This level of consulting services is both broader and deeper involving multiple strategic advantage component and leadership levels. Services are provided on a multi-month project feebasis and/or a not to exceed fee limit. The deliverables for this level of work will include a multi-faceted plan implemented over a longer period of time.
