M4 Strategic Advantage Framework

An organization that plans to create a strategic advantage through simplicity, synergy, execution and communication is characterized by  the components of it’s DNA which must be intentionally developed and aligned.

The M4 Approach to creating this type of DNA is based upon the 4 components depicted in the diagram above. Underneath each component, you will see several characteristics which are vital to each. However, ultimately all 4 components must not only have each of these characteristics fully developed but they must also be working together in alignment. 

Let’s see and work through a short series of evaluative questions which enable you to reflect, assess and evaluate your current strategic position. You will experience a unique opportunity to evaluate your organization and gain feedback in strategic areas which may serve as opportunities and/or obstacles to gaining your strategic advantage.
